Our Supporter Thank Yous – June
It’s halfway through the year and we’re seeing some amazing work from all of our supporters. From dress downs to presentations, we want to thank everyone for their efforts in keeping us flying!
Morrisons – Northampton
This was an event that Morrisons put on for a walking group that uses the café there on a regular basis. They try to get different organisations in every little while to keep the café uses interested. The presentation was well received, a number of the people were already donating to the Warwickshire, Northamptonshire Air Ambulance lottery
Thank you to the DHL Mothercare team for their donation of £300 which has been achieved by holding dress down Fridays, cake sales and other activities.

DHL International (UK) Telesales
Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland Air Ambulance would like to say a huge thank you to DHL International (UK) Telesales who, as a department, have donated a tremendous £9,738.56 for us over the last year – They have had a great time raising the money too! The total raised through the fundraising was £8,538.56. However, they applied for a DHL match it donation, where DHL will give a maximum of £1,200 on top of the money raised. They were delighted to receive the full £1,200, which took the total to £9,738.56 – We are incredibly grateful for all of their support.
Black Sheep MCC
Derbyshire, Leicestershire & Rutland Air Ambulance are saying a big thank you to the Black Sheep MCC after a Charity Music Weekend raised £410.00 for our vital services.
McLaughlin and Harvey Construction Ltd
Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland Air Ambulance would like to say a huge thank you to McLaughlin and Harvey Construction Ltd for their generous donation of £1,000. Bryan Meenan, project manager at McLaughlin and Harvey, was looking for a local charity to work in partnership with. They are currently developing the new UPS hub at East Midlands Airport. Bryan saw some aerial shots of the hub that our crew took on the way back from a mission that we posted on our twitter page. He loved the images and they decided to choose our charity for their incredible gesture.
