Legacy

Include a gift in your Will

Giving the gift of a lifetime. A gift in your Will will help us save lives and help us be there for families in their greatest hour of need.

Discover why you need a Will

One in seven of our missions is funded by gifts in Wills

We know that when you are making your Will your loved ones will come first. But we hope, once you have taken care of your family and friends, that you will consider including a gift in your Will to your local air ambulance or the national, Children’s Air Ambulance.

A gift in your Will will help us save lives – it will help us be there for families in their greatest hour of need. It will give people futures that they might otherwise have had snatched from them, what a legacy!

Should you choose to include a gift to us in your Will, we will always respect your privacy and handle your estate and wishes with care. We will ensure your donation will be used for the greatest impact and we can also offer you a choice of how and where your gift is used.

We are delighted to offer our supporters an opportunity to write or amend their Will, at no cost, thanks to our partnership with the National Free Wills Network. If you would like to take part in the scheme please email [email protected] with your name and address and reference ‘National Free Wills Network’. Your details will then be passed on to the Network, who will contact you with a list of nearby participating solicitors.

If you would like to talk to someone about this way of giving then please call our team on 03003 045 999, or email us at [email protected] and one of our team will be in touch.

Writing Your Will

A professionally written Will and keeping it up to date, is the only way to make sure your wishes will be carried out when you’re no longer around. We would recommend that you talk to a solicitor (you can find one by visiting the Remember A Charity website) and decide who you would like to benefit from your estate, including the causes that you care about, before your appointment to draft your Will.

I believe a Will is the only way your family and friends can really know your wishes. I’ve also asked for donations in lieu of flowers to go to The Air Ambulance Service. I’m happy to think that one of my final acts in life will be to help save someone else’s. Mel Smith
