Air ambulances reach patients much faster than ground transport, especially in remote areas. That speed can be the difference between life and death, or between full recovery and long-term disability. Your support helps ensure our critical care crews are always ready to respond when every second counts.

Every Your Local Air Ambulance mission is crewed by skilled doctors and paramedics carrying advanced, hospital-level equipment. They deliver intensive care at the scene, treatments that would otherwise be out of reach in an emergency. With your help, we bring the hospital directly to those who need it most, wherever they are

We are a vital emergency service, yet receive no direct government funding. We rely almost entirely on the generosity of people like you. Your donations keep our helicopters flying, our critical care cars running, and our crews delivering life-saving treatment every single day, when and where it’s needed most.

Yes, but we do not ask for cash donations as part of this fundraising method. Anyone knocking on your door will be carrying an ID badge to ensure you know who you are speaking to, and they are trained to not be imposing or hard-selling. Our image and methods are critical to our success as a charity.
