Returns
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned to us in their original condition within 30 days of receiving your goods. We’re unable to process requests after this period. Please make sure all returned items are in new, unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Arranging a return
1. Contact Us: Simply email our team at [email protected] to request your return. We can’t process returns without this confirmation.
2. Prepare Your Return: Once your return is authorised by the team, securely pack the item in its original packaging and send it using a tracked service to: *

*Please note, you’ll be responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable service. We cannot process returns if the item is lost or damaged in transit, however you may be able to recoup costs from the courier.
3. Processing Your Return: After we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your return or exchange and notify you via email that your request has been processed. Returns will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive your item and are refunded back to your original payment method.
We reserve the right to deny any request at our discretion. Please note that sale items are final and cannot be returned.
