Lifesaving charity announces enhanced Stratford retail offering

The Air Ambulance Service (TAAS) which operates the local Warwickshire & Northamptonshire Air Ambulance (WNAA) has made the decision to merge its Stratford-upon-Avon clothing store with its home store, offering customers a dynamic and convenient shopping experience in one location.

The boutique clothing store, located on Greenhill Street, has been a beloved destination for charity shoppers, but in line with the lease renewal, and as part of TAAS’ commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction, it will be closing its doors on 18 May 2024.

The closure of the boutique clothing store doesn’t mark the end of charity finds for WNAA supporters, instead, clothing items will be seamlessly integrated into the home store located at Maybrook Industrial Estate – creating a hybrid shopping haven catered to all shoppers’ needs.

“We appreciate the support over the years from our loyal Stratford community,” said Hannah Coventry, Head of Retail at TAAS. “By merging our boutique clothing store with the home store, we’ll be able to offer a more comprehensive shopping experience for our customer base. Whether you’re looking for fashionable apparel or a stylish home décor bargain, we now have you covered under one roof.”

As part of the positive transition, customers are encouraged to take advantage of the opportunity to “grab a bargain” before the clothing store closes its doors. With discounted prices and unique finds up for grabs, it’s the perfect time to garner some incredible deals, while supporting a charity which saves lives daily.

Within minutes, WNAA’s critical care crews can be on the ground delivering lifesaving care and giving patients the very best chance of survival – so the dedicated retail support from its local shoppers has been and continues to be greatly appreciated by the charity.

“We’re looking forward to welcoming shoppers to the newly enhanced home store – with clothing available from next month – and providing them with our continued exceptional retail experience that helps save lives across the county, and further afield,” concluded Hannah.
