Whether it’s clothes, homeware, electricals or toys, it’s easy to donate your unwanted items in any of our stores and help fund our lifesaving missions. Our furniture stores also offer a free collection service for larger items.
How to Donate Your Pre-Loved Items in Store
Simply bring your items to any of our stores and speak to a member of the team.
We will always endeavour to accept donations at any time, however some local restrictions may apply.

What Can I Donate in Store?
When it comes to donating your pre-loved items, there are certain items that we cannot accept.
This may be due to legislation, health and safety guidelines or hygiene reasons. Some items may also be refused due to the fact that disposal may incur a cost.
Please see the list below or ask in your local store for details.
Please note that if you’re sending us electronics that contain personal data, we strongly advise these are cleared and restored to factory settings before donating.

- Toys without a CE mark
- Home videos / CDs / Audio
- Animal fur or ivory
- Duvets or pillows
- Single shoes
- Used toiletry items
- Soft furniture without a flammability label
