Charity fundraising company Impulse Decisions raises more than quarter of a million pounds for National Children’s Air Ambulance

With its most recent donation of £87,127, charity fundraising and sports hospitality company Impulse Decisions has raised more than £261,000 to support the National Children’s Air Ambulance (NCAA).

The NCAA – which receives no NHS funding – is a one-of-a-kind dedicated helicopter transfer service that has taken more than 1,200 critically ill babies and children to hospitals where they can receive the best care.

Harrogate based Impulse Decisions – specialists in charity auctions, bespoke corporate hospitality and experiential event management – has supported the NCAA for the last four years. In that time the company has raised the equivalent funds to fly around 50 missions – giving 50 children and their families hope.

Heidi Merrin, Impulse Solutions Marketing Director, said: “The Impulse team were incredibly privileged to visit the National Children’s Air Ambulance and meet the team behind this amazing service. Seeing firsthand the dedication, skill and compassion of everyone involved really brought home the impact of their work.

“Knowing that they can reach critically ill children so quickly, when every second counts, is truly inspiring. It reinforced exactly why we’re so proud to support the National Children’s Air Ambulance and the lifesaving difference they make to children and families every single day.”

NCAA Business Development Manager Sharon Evans added: “We would like to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone at Impulse Decisions for their incredible support over the last four years.  Their dedication, creativity and passion for fundraising have resulted in more than £261,000 being raised for our charity, which will make a real difference to the lives of critically ill children and their families.  Partnerships like this show the powerful impact businesses can have when they choose to support a cause close to their hearts.”
