Music boutique in Islington will send fans into a spin

Anyone with a passion for great music will be able to indulge themselves by visiting new boutique store opened this week by the National Children’s Air Ambulance (NCAA).

The shop in Archway – called Second Spin – is an independent music store offering an incredible and eclectic selection of vinyl, cd’s, instruments and memorabilia.

Second Spin Store Manager Mathias Linzatti Oinas said: “”Since we opened on Monday we have had a tremendous response from the community around Archway. Customers have already found some hidden gems to add to their collection, and a fantastic number of wonderful local music people have made donations – both small and large – to us from their cherished record and memorabilia collections. We couldn’t have received a better welcome to the neighborhood.

“The National Children’s Air Ambulance transfers sick children, infants, and babies to specialist care teams across England, Scotland, and Wales, and we are entirely funded via philanthropy and our network of charity shops. Every purchase helps support us and keep our lifesaving helicopters flying.

“The music boutique is a brand-new concept for the NCAA, and opening it in such a superb location is incredibly exciting. Whether you’re adding to your record collection, searching for a favourite album or simply enjoying a browse, pop in and see what’s spinning.”

Second Spin can be found at 31 Junction Rd, Archway, London, N19 5QT and more info and opening times are available via the NCAA website.
