Working in partnership with our Clinical Partner Teams, we fly critically ill babies and children between hospitals across the UK. OUR HELICOPTERS
The Children’s Air Ambulance is a unique, lifesaving transfer service that gives critically ill babies and children the very best chance of survival and recovery. Our specialist helicopters can fly at top speeds of 165mph and are equipped with advanced technology to enable the safe and rapid transfer of young patients between hospitals across the UK.
Working in partnership with NHS specialist transport teams, our helicopters provide a flying intensive care unit—helping to reduce transfer times, ease pressure on road networks, and ensure children receive the urgent care they need, when and where they need it most.
