In Memory of

Clive Johnson

Clive was a very talented man who could turn his hand to anything, from building extensions to renovating classic motorbikes. Even in his later years he still enjoyed watching MotoGP. His family will greatly miss him. Died peacefully at home July 27th 2023

Clive's story

Clive was born during the war and was an only child. Clive worked hard at school and earned a scholarship at Bablake. He enjoyed learning and gaining new knowledge. Clive played football and played cricket at school, and continued to play cricket into his thirties. Clive met Chris when they were teenagers at a dance and were married in their early twenties. Clive loved being a dad to his 3 daughters and was always there to offer a hand when needed. Clive loved his motorbikes spending many a sunday morning out riding with his friends. He even went to the Isle of Man on his bike to see the TT races. In Clives later years he had to slow down due to a medical condition but this didn't stop him spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren whom he loved dearly. We say goodnight to Clive with hearts full of love and gratitude for having the best dad ever.
