We want to raise awareness of the importance of knowing CPR when in the presence of someone needing help.

What is Restart a Heart Day

British Heart Foundation are the leaders in promoting the vital messaging of helping people understand the steps needed when someone is having a cardiac arrest and the impact this can have.

Knowing CPR, using a defibrillator and calling on the teams trained to take over, can quite literally be the difference between life and death.
