Jane’s career spans multiple different sectors including financial services, oil and gas, and life sciences. She held a variety of senior HR roles at Banco Santander and LIFFE. She’s worked for BP where her roles included HR Vice President for Exploration and North Africa, India and Russia, as well as HR Director for IT. More recently, Jane worked for the clinical research organisation Parexel and led the separation of the technology business to form a new business, Calyx. Her most recent role was Senior Vice President for the International business at Dun and Bradstreet. Jane’s non-executive work within the voluntary sector includes working with mental health charities including MIND, Samaritans, and Young Lives vs Cancer where she was a Trustee and Chair of the Governance Committee.
