Helen Keppel-Compton is Chair of the organisation's Trading Company. Helen’s recent career has been with Waitrose as Director of Online Capability. In addition to 34 years of experience in eCommerce, retail and transformation, Helen is a member of the Oversight Board for the Government of Jersey.
