Community Fundraising Data Inputter

I support the Community Fundraising Team and the Fundraising Operations team by adding, maintaining, amending, organising, and sharing data of Supporters and Volunteers who are working with both HEMS and TCAA. I create systems to ensure that the Community Fundraising and Supporter Experience team are submitting information in an effective and efficient manner and managing a process improvement project for the function. In addition, I answer queries from internal colleagues via phone and email, liaise with multiple departments within Income Generation and attend Income Generation and Community Fundraising meetings.
