My wife, Hannah Alexander, was cruelly taken from us on 16th January 2024. She had gone to work as usual, falling ill unexpectedly and dying shortly afterward. In the course of being attended to, the Air Ambulance service came to her with life-saving equipment, looking to help keep her alive and staying with her for far longer than they needed to her. The care and attention she received meant that she had the best possible chance of survival, and while the team was ultimately unsuccessful, I'd like to thank them for their effort. Hannah was born in Tiddington and spent almost the entirety of her life living in and around Stratford. She loved the town and was hugely passionate about the community, wanting to support others in any way she could. After the arrival of her children, she involved herself heavily in the school and nursery settings they attended, becoming a school governer and chair of trustees for Clopton Nursery (who we will also be fundraising for). Hannah was a prodigious baker, usually found in the kitchen, amid a fantastic creation. Her bakes were highly sought after, and the looks on faces, if they realised they had missed out, were a clear indication of the love and care she put into baking. But Hannah put love and care into everything she did. Hannah was a talented solicitor and held several positions during her career. Her capacity to make lasting friendships was a highlight of any workplace and was always clearly missed whenever she moved on. Hannah was a dedicated friend to many and was the 'go-to' for help and advice for anyone who knew her. She would gladly give her time up, with no expectation of anything in return. She was a beautiful, loving, funny, and talented individual. A real gift, and someone who is missed tremendously by friends, family, and most of all her children. Her legacy will continue in those who knew her best and will try to 'Be More Hannah'.Remembered by Joe Alexander
