I joined TCAA as an Air Desk Co-Ordinator in April 2023. Before this I’ve spent most of my working life in the Ambulance service as an Ambulance Care Assistant, Ambulance Technician and in the control room as an Emergency Medical Dispatcher, taking 999 calls from the public. These previous roles have given me skills and experience for my role here at TCAA. I’m really enjoying my role here and go home knowing that I’ve played a part in getting sick children to the facility best placed for their care. I’m passionate about the charity and hope to take part in fundraising events soon to raise awareness for our great services. Outside of work I’m currently completing a part time degree In Law and Criminology which takes up most of my free time.
