Community Fundraising Executive

I am the Community Fundraising Executive for the Children’s Air Ambulance and I joined the Charity in January 2019 after working for 18 years for the NHS. A major part of my role is building relationships with community groups, individual and local corporates, along with planning and implementing challenge events, high profile events and stewardship. My primary region is Yorkshire & the Humber, but as I am only one of two fundraisers in the North, I also cover remotely the Northeast and Scotland.

When I am not in work, I love nothing more than great food and wine, holidays and getting out into the countryside with my dogs.

I love being a Community Fundraiser for the Children’s Air Ambulance as no day is the same and I get the opportunity to meet lots of new people, which helps to create the much needed awareness for the charity, but above all, I love making a difference and feel proud knowing that I play a small part in keeping our helicopters flying and saving little lives.
