Help support lifesaving missions
Air ambulances reach patients much faster than ground transport, especially in remote areas. That speed can be the difference between life and death, or between full recovery and long-term disability. Your support helps ensure our critical care crews are always ready to respond when every second counts.
A unique national paediatric transfer service
Every National Children’s Air Ambulance mission is crewed by skilled crew supporting our clinical partner teams across the UK. With your help, we take critically ill babies and children to the care they need, wherever that is.
We rely on public support
We are a vital emergency service, yet receive no direct government funding. We rely almost entirely on the generosity of people like you. Your donations keep our helicopters flying, our critical care cars running, and our crews delivering life-saving treatment every single day, when and where it’s needed most.

Yes, but we do not ask for cash donations as part of this fundraising method. Anyone knocking on your door will be carrying an ID badge to ensure you know who you are speaking to, and they are trained to not be imposing or hard-selling. Our image and methods are critical to our success as a charity.
