Ivan passed away suddenly on the 31st July 2018. For someone who seemed so fit and healthy at 76, it was a massive shock to everyone that knew him. Ivan was known locally as "Mr Aylestone" in Leicester as he touched so many people's lives over many years. He would do anything for anyone due to his generous and caring nature. He was a Pub Landlord for most of his working life and retired from The Black Horse in Aylestone, his favourite pub which he still frequented twice a week ! He was the biggest Spurs fan and loved the Queen and he finally got to meet her when he received an MBE for his tireless charity work throughout the years. The Air Ambulance always held a very special place in his heart. Their work is vital in helping to save lives and they receive no Government funding, so rely purely on public support. Ivan would be so pleased to know that people would continue to support them in his memory. Thank YouRemembered by Leigh Glickman
