How to exchange foreign currency and old coins and notes
We are partnering with Cash4Coins who will take these coins and notes off your hands and turn them in to valuable sterling for us.
Cash4Coins helps charities collect foreign currency and turn them into cash through a buy back scheme.
You can drop off your unwanted currency at any of our stores. You can find your local store by searching here.
Don’t have a store nearby or struggling get to there? No problem! You can send it directly to Cash4Coins via their freepost service. Whichever method you choose, our service provider, Cash4Coins, will collect, sort, and count the donated currency, and convert it quickly in to cash that we can use.
Please note that we are unable to acknowledge individual foreign currency donations. All our donated currency is put together and collected in bulk by our service partner.

Donations will be converted at the prevailing base rate operated by the Post Office at time of conversion. A minimum of 60% of your donation, once converted, will be paid to The Air Ambulance Service with a maximum of 40% of your donation kept as a service charge by Cash4Coins.
The cost of the freepost service will be deducted from the donation value, so please use a stamp so that we can make the most of every penny you send.
The basic personal data you provide to Cash 4 Coins will only be used by them to process your donation as per your request and will not be used for any other purpose.
