Stratford-upon-Avon estate agents’ support reaches over £40,000 for lifesaving charity

Kennedys Estate Agents based in Stratford-upon-Avon have incredibly raised more than £40,000 to support the lifesaving missions of the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance (WNAA).
The independent and family-run estate agents provide an outstanding property selling service to Stratford and the surrounding villages and have been raising funds to support the charity since 2019 by donating a percentage of each house sale fee to the charity – enabling them to continue saving lives across Warwickshire and further afield.
Throughout 2024 Kennedy Estate Agents managed to increase their incredible amount raised to more than £40,000 – helping the charity to fund more than seventeen lifesaving missions.
“We donated 5% of our sales fees to the charity, contributing over £9,000 during 2024 and bringing our incredible total raised since 2019 to more than £40,000, keeping the charity’s helicopters flying,” said Nikki Kennedy, Director of Kennedys Estate Agents.
“We couldn’t have achieved this milestone without the trust and support of our wonderful clients.
“The Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance provides a vital service that any one of us could need in the blink of an eye and we are incredibly proud to say we have made more lifesaving missions possible,” added Nikki.
Within minutes, WNAA’s critical care crews can be on the ground delivering pre-hospital critical care and giving patients the very best chance of survival – this vital service relies entirely on donations to raise the £2,300 needed for each rescue mission, as the charity receives no government or National Lottery funding.
Sally Newman, Community Fundraising Executive for Warwickshire said:
“On behalf of the charity I would like to say a huge thank you to the whole team at Kennedys Estate Agents for the amazing amount they have raised to support us.”
“Without the continued support from local businesses just like this our lifesaving missions in Warwickshire and further afield wouldn’t be possible,” she added.
