Thank You Rolls-Royce Development Leadership Scheme
Rolls-Royce Assembly and Manufacturing Development Leadership Scheme (A&MLDS) members Adam Hands and Sara Underwood were tasked with organising a collection in aid of Derbyshire, Leicestershire & Rutland Air Ambulance at Derby City Centre St Peter’s Street.
To help achieve their target of raising £540 they were extremely grateful to have the help of Rolls-Royce volunteers Rob Carter and Si Pickering as well as A-level scheme members Reece Hannon, Jack Dann and Joe Morley whose support was definitely A class.
The team went out of Derby St Peter’s Street from 10am-4pm to promote the sale of special Air Ambulance Week crosses. In total they raised an amazing £704.
Collette Richardson said: “It was a huge pleasure to be able to work with the Rolls Royce A&MLDS team over the past few months. Their enthusiasm for helping the charity with this project was great. They ran it really professionally and without them we certainly wouldn’t have raised as much for air ambulance week.”
Thank to everyone for their support and a special thank you to Collette Richardson, Debbie Duro, Carol Arbon, Steve Phillips for all your support throughout organising the event.
