I've been with the charity since 2010 working as a paramedic - I enjoy this role because I work alongside experienced paramedics and doctors delivering intensive care treatment in the pre-hospital setting. I'm also the Head of Operations, meaning I have the challenging role of ensuring the clinical and operational side of our organisation runs efficiently.
