Critical Care Paramedic
I work as a Critical Care Paramedic, based at Coventry Airport. As well as being part of the medical team that provides emergency care to our patients, I am also responsible for assisting the pilot with navigation and other aviation duties. Alongside this role, I also assist in the undertaking of research and audit. I joined WNAA in 2016 having previously worked for East Midlands Ambulance Service. I qualified as a Paramedic in 2008 and completed my Critical Care Paramedic course in 2018. I hope to go and complete a Masters in Critical Care in the next few years. Away from work, I most enjoy spending time with my young children. On the rare occasion I get a spare 5 mins I enjoy going running or watching football with the occasional trip to the local pub.
