I’ve been with the charity since 2020, initially as the Children's Air Ambulance Operations Manager before progression on to the Head of Operations in May 2022. I thoroughly enjoy my role as I work alongside experienced clinical teams, airdesk staff, charity staff and many other key individuals that ensure we can provide outstanding care. Prior to joining the charity, I worked for the NHS within Urgent & Emergency Care across a variety of positions including leadership, clinical and educational roles. I’m pleased to have recently completed a Post Graduate degree in Healthcare Leadership with Oxford Brookes University. I am proud to support the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion group within the charity whilst representing the LGBT+ network.
