Meet Our Superstore Team

We’re a month away from our big store opening and with all of the final preparation plans taking place.

One thing we’re excited to share are the faces of some of our new staff that will be making your experience one of a kind. Here are 4 members of our new superstore team that will make sure you find everything you need when you visit.

Simon Trzopek

Meet Simon, your new Landing Pad Café Manager at The Hanger. Simon has a huge background in Retail hospitality from one of the world’s largest confectioners where he has experience of over 20 years as a flagship store manager and regional support manager.

Simon loves to have a different day every day which is what the food industry has given him from meeting new people, from customers to suppliers. He invites you all to come and enjoy a cuppa with a slice of luxury cake and a chin wag at The Landing Pad Café at your local superstore.

Becky Cumberland

Meet Becky, your new Assistant superstore manager here at The Hanger. She has a huge background in Media and Technology high street retail with over 7 years of experience I flagship stores.

Becky loves to find new creative ways to constantly improve the retail experience of visiting The Hanger in particular, with a smiley face. Just like a huge smiley emoji, Becky is really looking forward to welcoming you through the doors of our new superstore on Thursday 21st February.

Lucy Smith

Meet Lucy, Your new Superstore Manager at The Hanger to support your Local Air Ambulance.

Lucy comes from one of the world’s largest outdoor pursuit retailers with more than 7 years of experience in High street retail.

With Lucy’s quirky personality, she is very much looking forward to meeting and having a great laugh with you all when the superstore official opens on Thursday 21st February.

Kerry Martin

Meet Kerry, the New Shops Development Manager at The Air Ambulance Service. Kerry has been with the charity since 2011 and been a part of the expansion of building 56 shops across the country from the original 2.

Kerry is really thrilled to be a part of building our first Superstore and in particular The Landing Pad Café. This being a brand new concept for our charity, it is something really exciting that we hope will flourish, especially with the delicious homemade cakes that we will have to offer.

She alongside her great new superstore team are really looking forward to welcoming you all through the doors of our first ever superstore on our grand opening on Thursday 21st February.

The Air Ambulance Service does not receive any government funding. Our lifesaving missions are fuelled by your donations.
