See the air ambulance at the Volunteer Conference 2016

Warwickshire & Northamptonshire Air Ambulance and Derbyshire, Leicestershire & Rutland Air Ambulance are inviting supporters new and old to come and meet the crew, see the helicopter in action, and get a first look at their brand new night car service.

The air ambulance is opening up their annual volunteer conference to anyone and everyone who might be interested in helping their local lifesaving charity keep their helicopters flying.

The conference will take place in Sywell Aerodrome, with Warwickshire & Northamptonshire Air Ambulance operating from the hangars there for the day – allowing volunteers and supporters to see their air ambulance in action.

Attendees will have the chance to meet the crews who save lives locally, learn more about the charity and take part in a number of activities on the day. Refreshments and lunch are also provided.

The event will take place at Hangar One, The Aviator Hotel, Sywell Aerodrome, Northamptonshire NN6 0BN from 10am – 4pm on Friday 22nd April 2016.

To reserve a place at the Volunteer Conference 2016, supporters should get in touch with Kate Sawyer by emailing kate.sawyer@theairambulanceservice.org.uk or calling the charity directly on 08454 130999*.
